Information Security Policy

KIZENVOIZ shall:

Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in accordance with the regulatory, legal, and statutory requirements and the reasonable requirements of the parties that control the information and information processing assets

Protect the integrity and availability of information technology-based services

Implement effective controls to address all the security requirements of all stakeholders and continually improve their effectiveness, considering all applicable changes to the business environment.

Business continuity plans will be developed, maintained, and tested

Information security training will be available for all employees

All actual or suspected information security breaches will be reported to the Information Security Manager and will be thoroughly investigated

Provides a framework for setting information security objectives
