Lebara is a mobile virtual network operator spanning 7 countries in UK and EU, plus Saudia Arabia and Australia. Total 9 countries for telecom services Lebara signed up with KSV in 2018 for a IVRS project. This was to replace existing Huawei IVRS, which posed many challenges. KSV was successful in migrating all 6 instances of disparate IVRS and supporting Sofia, India based contact centres. IVRS with diverse country wise call flows, product wise configuration was enabled and older inflexible IVRS products were phased out by March 2019. Today Lebara handles call volumes of 2.5 million per month, across all these 7 countries of EU and KSV supports this with agile IVRS for customer call management. KSV manages on-premise telephony infra, IVRS infra for Lebara through close collaboration with their India based technology teams. Faster time to market for new Lebara products has been made possible by KSV. Lebara will be aided by KSV for further consolidation of all such processes on cloud platform
